      Pros

      Fairly good pay and benefits once you are hired on full time, some brilliant and great people to work with.

      Cons

      Super stressful work environment, too much overtime, no time to learn how to do job properly, bad quality control practices, too much management, a culture of favoritism, super old tech stack/ full of bureaucracy.

      Pros

      The pay is good. They have some good profit sharing and bonuses.

      Cons

      Too many contractors - they get laid off depending on the companies contracts while keeping 'deadwood' employees because it costs too much in severance pay. Have an exit strategy! They don't design to the highest standards. Payment milestones trump engineering excellence.
