      Pros

      Nice people, but powerless most of the time.

      Cons

      Don't waste your time in this company. There are good people, but they're put down by what seems to be what's wrong in corporate america. There are plenty of companies out there that are far more professional than this sub par company.

      Pros

      Important work - building military vehicles to keep our troops safe. Many very dedicated people work here.

      Cons

      The place is run by a management team that thinks it is still 1980. Rather than treat their employees as contributors, they treat them as subjects. They haven't figured out how to operate in a global market, yet. Management employees that are not “good ‘ol boy” pals of Sr. Mgt, don't stand a chance of advancement and will be the first out the door when layoffs come. People with progressive ideas threaten the Managers’ jobs (in their minds) so get rid of ‘em. HR takes their marching orders from the Union, so it is difficult to improve efficiencies because the deadwood is protected by both the Union and the HR dept.

      Pros

      Incredible starting pay and benefits right out the gate! Very supportive on-boarding and one of the few places that really takes the time to properly train people in their new roll! Management is nothing short of brilliant and are always willing to give time off whenever you want it! Basically unlimited vacation days! Job postings will likely say "in office" but everyone's super cool about it and you can just work from home. Truly a dynamic workplace boldly moving into the future of the workplace and not at all a barely functioning dinosaur of a business!

      Cons

      The only con is that I can't live in my grey cube and spend all my time maximizing shareholder value!
