      Lots of great people but the management was terrible.

      Pros

      There is alot to learn and everyone seems very willing to help you learn. You feel a great sense of pride knowing that the products you are helping to create are saving lives.

      Cons

      This company is way too heavy on the management side and far too disorganized. It can be very frustrating just trying to get the simplest of tasks competed due to the lack of organization
