      Pros

      9/80 work week is a nice perk. The company tends to pay rather well and, until recently, would provide good yearly bonus and increase. The vacation is on par with other companies but the every other Friday off makes vacation time pile up a lot faster.

      Pros

      Good people to work with. Fun work as long as you have a good manager. Love the location along with the ability to work without having your manager on your back.

      Cons

      Office politics are pretty prominent, ability to reach higher ranks in the company is difficult due to the politics and other things.

      Pros

      9/80 Hours It's rewarding to work on products that support the ability of our soldiers to complete their missions safely and with positive results. Keeping soldiers powerful and safe is a great motivator.

      Cons

      It's hard to drive continuous improvement where contracts are cost plus 10%. Efficiency is not valued, defects in products are accepted.
