      Pros

      A good place to work for internships and new grads. The 9/80 work schedule (9 hrs/day, every other Friday off) is really nice.

      Cons

      Not a good place for mid/senior level employees. These are the people that get laid off first when DoD/Govt budgets get cut on a yearly basis. Benefits WERE very good in 2007, but have been cut drastically every year since.

      Pros

      Working with some very good people with great technical expertise that are committed to doing a good job.

      Cons

      Poor senior management. Some bad acquisitions put the company in trouble. Managers whose business declined under their watch are protected and others pushed out the door. Senior management did not know how to protect and grow the business and got run over by the competition.

Over the past few years, management has made a concerted effort to ensure long-term, steady success, in fact our latest report reflects a strong start for the company this year and we’re very excited about the new opportunities in public safety that are being pursued in addition to other programs.
