      - Great pay - Great benefits

      Cons

      - Company does not value commitment and will move or let go staff in an instant - Lots of politics - engineers are RARELY ever evaluated purely on their performance but rather on how well they kiss butt and how good they know their management - Section managers consistently keep making sexual advances on female employees and get away with it by pushing people out, making them quit or moving them off to different projects - Software leads and higher management evaluate performance on who does their homework and their house chores rather than on the value an engineer will bring to the company as a whole - Company is stuck using decade old technologies when it comes to development which will leave your skill-set empty when you leave them with nothing but the basics
