      Cons

      Geographically distributed campus - Needham, Taunton and Scottsdale, means there is limited opportunity without moving to a different campus.

      General Dynamics C4 Systems Richardson site is actually Satcom Technologies

      Pros

      General Dynamics name looks good on your resume even though you are truly working for Satcom Technologies which is a separate company run under its own policies and rules, but owned by General Dynamics. The site has some good employees that are good to work with, but there is also a large number of employees who will back stab and do anything they can to make their way to the top, which management seems to only encourage this kind of behavior.

      Make sure to see General Dynamics SATCOM Technologies for the actual reviews for the Richardson facility.” The Richardson site seems to be posting jobs under the General Dynamics C4 part of the company to prevent prospective employees from seeing the actual reviews for the site listed under Satcom Technologies which are not good at all. Satcom Technologies changes their rules as they go along to suit whatever they want at that moment, which makes it difficult to know where you stand at all times including such things as your responsibilities, pay, workload, etc…
