Great company to work for as far as benefits and overtime.

Cons

The company needs to do a complete investigation on the HR part of the company and give it a complete overhaul.

There are good people there. Norfolk has improved vastly in the HR Department and the employees there are really helpful and eager to help.

Cons

Instability, lots of watching over shoulder for lay offs.

the upper level management is way overboard on the stupid stuff and not nearly up to speed on the necessary items to effectively work a job.
