      Composites work, some excellent managers.

      Cons

      H.R. and H.R. aligned management too powerful. Micromanagement to an invasive level. Pay low, for aerospace. No competency testing, for management or engineering.

      Pros

      Under government contract/support, so job security is there and also pay is a lot better considering the are and in comparison to other jobs pay.

      Cons

      Management from top to bottom is absolutely atrocious! Employees that have been there for 10+ - 15+ years feel entitled but yet has been sitting on the same position/title since date of hire. No room for improvement and constantly being micromanaged by the employees that have been there for 10+ years because they claim they know everything and yet they are very lazy in terms of doing the work. PLAYS HEAVILY ON FAVORITISM.
