Significant leadership changes in recent years has kept the company profitable and stock prices soaring but has eroded employee morale. Expect significant employee departures as the company continues to downsize staff and reduce costs at the expense of employee benefits and compensation in the face of increasing workload. Also expect increasing dissatisfaction and decline in work force productivity and product quality as experienced personnel continue to leave the company.
