      Pros

      I was in systems Engineering and was exposed to lots of relevant procedures and methodologies. I wasn't to involved with the culture but great learning experience.

      Cons

      Lots of extra paperwork and oversight do to the nature of the company. Progress seemed to be blocked a bit by this.
