Pros

The work environment is stimulating because you work with a lot of very sharp and hard-working people. This keeps you on your toes and makes you improve. You will work hard and you can learn a lot here. Elegant work surroundings and good compensation & benefits.

Cons

The culture is old-fashioned when it comes to things like work-life balance & flexible work hours. Business dress (suits) is required all the time. HQ is lean so there are few opportunities for growth or promotion. Some people feel that getting ahead depends more on politics than on capability.

Pros

The people I worked with where very professional to work with and let you accomplish the project deliverable within the scope of the contract. There where bonuses for the completion of the main milestones. If you needed time off, they where willing to work with you, provided it didn't effect the project deliverable's.

Cons

They needed more specific job skills training to keep engineers current in the field of expertise. When contracts are completed there is allot of downsizing of personal, so it's hard to plan your future around this type of work environment.. If you are a contractor working with the company on the contract, you get payed good, but you have no benefits.

Pros

A lot of earned time off(not paid), personal time off(not paid) opportunities.

Cons

Customer Service Representatives are told to use scripts, which are not always helping consumers. Getting customers more angrier because simple tasks are too hard to do with the systems that do not support actual needs for customers. Be ready to be yelled at, cussed at for things that you are supposed to do but cannot be done.
