      Pros

      Good team. Very well run organization. Process in place to allow for a smooth right run ship.

      Cons

      A lot of work for a non competitive pay. False promises from higher ups. Benefits aren’t competitive. Recently bought out and it shows. Super corporate and not a lot of focus or supporting growth at the lower level.
