Pros

Great people at many levels of the company, flexible work attire, intelligent creative minds, family feel, half day Fridays throughout the year, fantastic products!

Cons

Salary is low, the culture is turning aggressive, low retention rate, junior employees are not protected and are expected to be agressive or get out, lack of "promoting from within".

Pros

Have a breadth of leadership experiences across the different divisions as well as provides great training. Very much a culture of learning.

Cons

You will need to navigate the political matrix in order to progress to the next level. You will need to not only impress your boss and your boss' boss, but you will also need to impress other members of senior mgmt that would participate in your promotion review. So unless you have regular interaction with these other members of management, your boss will need to be very persuasive and lobby for your cause way in advance. Work life balance has also been declining over the last few years.

Pros

The people that I've met here are some of the best I've met in life! I've made lifelong friends here. The benefits definitely play a role in why people stay with the company. There is a clear career path and you can climb the latter rather quickly if you work for it. Half day Friday's in the summer, if your position actually allows you to take advantage of it.

Cons

You still have to deal with politics, very hierarchical structure. Depending on your position, you could end up working really long hours. At the same time though there are people that can take advantage of the work flex (more accepting of work flex if you have kids or are married). Straight salary is under the midrange of the market, but they make up for it in benefits.
