Emphasis on work life balance, encouraging and inclusive atmosphere, great benefits, really knows how to take care of its employees, competitive salary

Cons

There isn't much bad to say about General Mills but it might be hard to move to higher level positions since so many people don't leave the company.

Cons

Many times you will work more than the standard eight hour shift, it is part of the work hard play hard game.
