Pros
Great people....simply that. Opportunity to work with different functions. The opportunity for advancement is another solid positive. company works hard to satisfy people's request and challenges people to succeed. the pay is competitive pay is a positive for the industry.
Cons
Occasionally there are issues with communication especially here at corporate head quarters. Need to work more closely with all levels and ask for more feedback from lower levels. I think we need to ensure that job opportunities are not simply driven by locations. People should not be forced to do jobs oy based on locations.
