Pros

Exceptional talent across functions. Strong values that truly guide culture. Beloved, storied brands that are a privilege to help steward. Your work will have an impact.

Cons

Some parts of the organization are better at prioritizing than others. There are teams / functions overworked, as restructures have created lean teams doing the same or more work.

Pros

During that time, my colleagues felt more like friends. Although the work was stressful, it was manageable because of the supportive people around me. I made some real friendships there.

Cons

Communication during times of change (e.g., restructuring) could be improved.
