Good team and smart people.

Cons

Managers are forced to match predetermined ranking as determined by review board to team member written performance feedback regardless of actual objective performance as observed by direct people leader.

Great benefits overshadowed by a toxic culture

The benefits are hard to beat.

Cons

The senior leadership team and HR heads are trying their hardest to destroy the company culture. They are promoting a toxic work environment by pitting employee against employee for annual ratings. They don’t trust their managers to accurately rate their subordinates and are forcing 15% of the company into “Does not meet” or “partially meets” boxes, giving them no raise and severely reduced bonuses. Employees can do extra work and not miss a single deadline or metric but still receive less pay just because their manager isn’t trusted to properly rate subordinates.
