Hostile Work Enviroment

Pros

Family owned business with owners onsite. Most employees are friendly and helpful.

Cons

Finance dept. is a very hostile work environment due to micro-management by CFO. Overtime is the norm - not the exception. Financial reporting is a very manual process (no report writing program) with multiple schedules all to be completed by hand.
