The environment is fun encourages team work Salary is decent Good benefits has a pension which is amazing! Encourages a life work balance which is great

Cons

With upper management would like to be more visible to the staff this is very important. More staff outings so that we can associate with colleagues from other branches. Management has ALOT of politics involved.

Management was pretty spiteful and didn't ever clearly communicate their expectations. Also there was little to no training.
