Pros

Very involved with community and takes pride in member services. New CRO very involved with front line employees and expects associates to have a good work life balance. Great benefits (paid for insurance, pension plan, 401K, PTO).

Cons

Not clear expectations nor training. Very much get hired and sink or swim. New CRO restructuring training and retail service; will hopefully see improvement soon.
