Pros

Small setting and advertised as having room to grow.

Cons

Customer-base is very limited and the company does not support a growth mindset. Leadership changes impact the culture of the company. Demotions appear to be common. Career opportunities were advertised but not available in reality.

Pros

Benefits including 401K, PTO, medical and dental, Go365 Friendly environment that feels like a family Great pay rate Flexible work hours

Cons

For many individuals in the corporate office, job duties were not assigned. They had to wait months before departments began giving work. Hiring employees just to hire without actually having work for them is useless and a waste of money. All the benefits are great but if there is no work to be done why have so many employees. Also, there are way to much managers and VPs within the organization.
