Pros

Great members. Pretty easy training. Creating relationships with employees.

Cons

They are strict with uniform wear. If you make one mistake if feels likes you can get fired. Not very lenient. Loans loans loans, this is what they really care about. They sweat the small stuff.

Pros

Small credit union, you get to know everyone

Cons

Upper management isn’t held accountable for their lack of helping employees grow. The credit union look a large loss a few years ago and have not whittled away are their top individuals who were responsible.
