      If you are from Kirby or Friends with offshore Port Capts. You will get decent pay and mistakes will be covered up.

      Cons

      The Office look after their buddy's. And ignore complaints about hostile work environments. Some Captains and Lead Tankerman are protected and praised for doing nothing but mistreating others and sitting on front of the TV.
