      Pros

      Competitive pay and decent benefits. The company has strong growth.

      Cons

      There is absolutely no communication from the CEO regarding the company's overall strategy. This behavior has trickled down to all levels of staff. There is very little collaboration, accountability, and general lack of interest in one's job. There is never "way to go" or pats on the back for any accomplishments. Turnover is unnecessarily high for a company with such promise.

      Pros

      It is a good company/control room to use as a stepping stone to progress to a real company as dozens of people have done. Pay is below industry standard. Insurance is decent, but pretty par for the course with industry.

      Cons

      “Management” is horrible!!! You will be told whatever you want to hear to make you hang around, but year after year is full of empty promises. Turnover rate is extremely high, not only because of the below industry standard pay but equally because of the toxic work environment that controllers are in. You are told to be lucky to have a job and repeatedly made to feel as if you do not matter. No incentives, bonuses are non existent, raises are small and very few and far between Looking for a company to make a career at? Sorry bud, this just isn’t the one.

      Friendly crews, office actually seems to cares

      Cons

      *HUGE* disconnect from the office to boats, upper management doesn't care about your opinion, hilarious company emails that have zero bearing on offshore life, older boats, wire boats if that's your thing, uncompetitive salary range mediocre benefits, huge turn over rate, no meaningful pay raises for the past decade..
