Good pay and benefits. Dedicated and knowledgeable workforce. Gorgeous location.

Cons

Very high learning curve. Constant threat of termination. "Good old boy" network. "Us vs. them" tribalism in all directions (operations vs maintenance, salary vs hourly, etc...).
