FMC started and owned this facility previously. They were great to work for! After Fmc sold this facility to Tronox and Tronox sold to Genesis Energy it has become a miserable place to work. Pay and benefits are good, but you have no job security.
Cons
Upper management is very power-hungry, always ruling with fear and intimidation tactics. A very high rate of terminations of salary and hourly. Not family-oriented, all new applicants need to ask about Numerous talented upper management left to work at other soda ash plants due to this environment.
