Pros

Company provides the tools for Account Executives and Recruiters to be successful. Company is on some of the better vendor lists in town (Minneapolis/St. Paul)

Cons

Average firing one recruiter a month! Management doesn't know how to stop the bleeding when business turns down. One, maybe two good Account Executives, rest poor due to poor leadership in sales and recruiting. Many unhappy operations staff, due again to poor leadership. Management makes promises and doesn't fulfill them. Know what it is before joining!

The Genesis10 people are nice, but clueless

Cons

They exist in a world of total chaos. New employees are brought on board before IT and telephone installations are ready. I saw cases where people went through training (3 days) to find they didn't have a job and were laid off.
