Wonderful working for the bank, Gen10 was OK.

Pros

Wonderful working environment with the bank, and Gen10 has an excellent relationship with them. They are a well-run organization and with only one exception every single one of the hundreds of people I interacted with at the bank was smart, helpful and very professional. I can't say enough good things about working at the bank.

Cons

Genesis10 tries hard to treat their employees well but fails in several key areas. The benefits are sub-par and expensive. There is the possibility of promotion inside of Genesis10, but I didn't find out about that possibility until my exit interview. Genesis10 allows employees to work from home SOMETIMES, but the rules surrounding working from home are vague, subjective, and selectively enforced.

Pros

Amount of time to first paycheck was short. Holiday party extended to business partners as well as employees.

Cons

Sales staff plugs you in, and you never hear from them again. My contract ended and nothing was done to work with the client ahead of time to determine if there were other work opportunities, which there were, on the client site. Staff treats people very unprofessionally. Recruiting, sales and staffing.
