      Stagnant low wages. Men in leadership. Too much work for the compensation. Benefits too expensive for most.

      Dishonest Recruiting

      Pros

      A great opportunity to get into software engineering without having a tech background/degree. Landed me a contract and provides benefits.

      Cons

      Oversold their ability to place consultants with jobs and most were simply let go after 3 months of being sent on few, if any interviews. I was fortunately hired by the first client I interviewed with.
