Pros
There is an incredible culture and vibe that is apparent from office to office; everyone is generally happy, extremely helpful, and want you to succeed. Meeting quotas and doing your job are made easier by the support of co-workers. The atmosphere is most often light with the expectation that your job is getting done.
Cons
There are not many cons, but something in particular that stands out is that everyone is not held to the same expectations. There are also times where communication between internal team members could be better. In general, though, these are not glaring issues that disrupt the flow of our business! Everyone is professional and gets their job done.
