      Excellent Onboarding Process

      Pros

      They did a great job connecting me with all the various team members I needed to train with. There is an excellent vibe in the office and they do a great job supporting their employees. New employees are supported during the onboarding and it is very helpful. I got answers to all my questions and was able to really hot the ground running.

      None! So far, so good.

      Charlotte's team is the best. You learn a lot from your peers. You are rewarded for your hard work

      Cons

      Upper management, mainly those over the southwest region are not fair and they are very intolerant of people from different backgrounds

      Pros

      I have been with Genesis10 for over 15 years. I love the Entrepreneurial environment. Many of my peers have also been with the company for long time. This is unusual in our industry where there is typically high turnover in the sales and recruiting roles. No caps on how much $$ you can make. The leadership is supportive, involved and accessible. It is like a large family with a unified goal of success. Open platform to share ideas and feedback. Harley Lippman is involved and a thought leader in this industry.
