Pros

Excellent training, boot camp, and mentorship. Good set of clients to work for after training. Salary during the contract period is acceptable...it is well worth the training and career opportunities in my opinion.

Cons

Salary during the initial 3 month training (boot camp) period is hard to live on alone. Benefits aren't that bad, but they aren't good either.

Pros

Learn how to code, made sure you are set up with the right tools to be successful in the field. Set you up with a job right out of the Bootcamp program.

Cons

Lots of work during work and outside of work in the form of assignments.

Pros

pros: almost guaranteed placement. good program for people who want to get hired and settle wherever they're placed. for people who want job security with low risk and low reward over developing skills. Keep in mind this program is *two years long*. That can be a long time depending on how fast you learn. you could: go to a technical university's bootcamp and earn money part-time with some side job. Apply to jobs at your own pace and build up your portfolio so you stand out by your individual skills and grit, not willingness to settle. Don't sell your skills short salary-wise after a year or two of working if you are good at technical stuff.

Cons

cons: for anyone who has greater career goals, it is can be a hit-or-miss stifling environment. consultants are used by the company 100% in every way possible - if you have good potential. Don't underestimate your abilities.
