      Pros

      looking for late paychecks only

      Cons

      They don't pay their people on time. It took 3 months to get my first paycheck. I didn't get my last paycheck in a timely fashion either. They think state pay period laws don't apply to them. Their benefits are really lousy and very expensive and restrictive. Management pays favorites with their staff and hires people who are inexperienced and immature.

      I recently started at Genesis10 and the entire team has been Amazing. Harley Lippman, the Owner of Genesis10 takes the opportunity to meet and gets to know every employee, he really cares!!! The training program they have established is 1st class - very detailed and you get the chance to meet the head of each major department 1 on 1 and they are all very kind and willing to help in anyway possible.

      Pros

      Charlotte's team is the best. You learn a lot from your peers. You are rewarded for your hard work

      Cons

      Upper management, mainly those over the southwest region are not fair and they are very intolerant of people from different backgrounds
