      Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate you recognizing our clients and calling out that Dev10 doesn’t require our consultants to have a Computer Science degree. We hire recent college grads and career changers who are passionate about technology, and train them to be software developers or data professionals. The training is intense and does require that our consultants invest time in learning. But the result is that you are ready to hit the ground running working on exciting projects for one of those nice clients you’re calling out.
