Pros

Great opportunity, good pay for entry level

Cons

They say we will have a consultant working with us while being employed, but the person never checks in. They say contract to hired but my position is not, I will have to officially apply to the company and it is not guaranteed.

Thank you for your feedback. It’s unusual that your Delivery Manager and Recruiter did not check in as often as expected. We will share your concerns with them. While the position that you are supporting may have been originally slated as a contract-to-hire position, if the client changes their strategy, then, as you know, this is out of our control. My advice is to focus on your day-to-day client contributions, exceed expectations and this will surely make you stand out whether it is to be extended on your current assignment or to be considered for the next contract-to-hire or full-time position.

Pros

Upfront about compensation package I would receive if hired as a Recruiter Standardized pay & commission plan for all Recruiters Understanding in terms of family or religious obligations requiring time out of office Great tools for Recruiters to use to find and connect with talent The company is continually working to find/create a variety of ways to service its clients Annual President's club trip for top performers

Cons

Monthly "all hands" conference calls can be intimidating to junior level employees and not a particularly good use of time. Cut-throat environment - I have heard of sales people fighting over who should get credit for a deal They don't do a great job of making the company feel as "one". Felt more like various fiefdoms with hierarchies in place, both in terms of branch relationships and teammates within individual branches.
