      Pros

      Genesis 10 provides you with a learning experience that not all graduating students may be fortunate enough to receive. Exposure to a lot of industries. Friendly people in back office.

      Cons

      Most of the time you get sent as an individual rather than a team to a client. Compared to other consulting firms, G10 does not pay as much as its competitors

      Pros

      Contractual documentation handled expeditiously Never a delay in getting paid They mostly leave you alone to do your work while on client site, although this is a plus as well as a minus.

      Cons

      Low salary No follow up from recruiter after placement No performance reviews which equals no raises Discrepancy in consultant pay for same title/responsibilities (consultant with less experience brought in making more than those with tons more experience). Recruiter low balls on salary and shows favoritism Benefits are not that great-more on the high side
