Pros
Genesis10 is a fantastic company with an amazing support team. All of the interactions that I have had have been positive. I like that the CEO and the leaders are constantly finding ways for this company to stay relevant. My impression is that the CEO really does care about his team and wants everyone to be successful. The people here are committed professionals doing their best to help one another. The commission structure is very good relative to many other professional technical services firms. Maybe there is a better tech services company to use or work for but I am unaware of it. I'm glad to be here!
Cons
The benefits are reasonably good ; everywhere I have ever been in my career have provided less and less over the years. I think their benefits are in line with most other similar companies. Of course, they want results from their salespeople but I think they are very reasonable and have patience. Sure, it can be a bit rough when you don't hit your numbers in a particular month but that is the life of a salesperson. However, Genesis10 and its management have been nothing but professional with me at all times.
