When providing IT services, please understand that we have to adhere to guidelines from our clients in addition to our own. The requirement to work from the Delivery Center is a client contractual requirement and is part of the service provided.

      Benefits need to be improved for full time employees

      Good work life balance, ability to work from home and generous vacation time

      Cons

      Health insurance premiums are expensive, deductibles and out of pocket max are high. Most staffing firms have better coverage for less money for their full time employees. No match on the 401k, most other firms also offer that. No other benefits - all fees for 401k and HSA accounts come out of employee's pocket.
