I really like a respect is the transparent, straight forward approach the company takes. No smoke and mirrors with Genesis 10. Unlike many competitors in our industry. What you see is what you get and that comes from the top down. Our leadership encourages feedback from all people is very accessible to talk and share ideas and comments. The company is seeking ways to be innovative and efficient and implementing strategy to continue to bring value to our end customers.
Cons
It would be nice and helpful to get to know people across the company in a more intimate environment.
