Team was friendly, always willing to help. The job itself was challenging and exciting.

Cons

I worked as a contractor for Cruise Automation. For the work, I was underpaid severely. Shortly after I began my job, two full-time team members were laid off and I had to absorb their work.

I feel like the Dev10 training was very manageable and fun! I felt like I learned a lot

Cons

You don't have any choice on which clients you are matched with/what role you do. I was really excited to work as a data analyst or data scientist but got placed in a data engineering role. I found the work really dull and it took away my excitement for working with data. During the client interview process, I was encouraged to not share my true career aspirations and the field I want to work in with the client because they would not want to hire me. Overall, I felt really trapped for 1.5 years until the client ended my contract and I was laid off.
