-> Genesys gives more importance to R&D and innovation in product development -> Genesys provides regular opportunities for learning new tools and technologies. -> Hiring the right talent for the key positions is their strength. -> Management is approachable and always open for discussion. -> Genesys emphasizes on balancing work life and personal life. -> Genesys treats people fairly regardless of their race, religion, caste, gender and age.

Cons

-> Periodic revision of employee pay scale with respect to the market is needed.

Always help our competitor's win with nonsense strategy. Always loose reliable employee by his harassment and provide respectful guys to competitor.

Cons

Proud but out of date, selfish, just too old no idea, no relation no respect from customer.
