Pros

The people are awesome. They make you feel like one of the team; one of the family. I have met some amazingly talented, smart people at Genesys. They are constantly investing in their people and the company to make it a better place to work.

Cons

I get to work from home. Ok that is a Pro too! But it does make it tougher to get to know your team members when you are not face-to-face.

Thank you for your positive comments! We have been using PureCloud and our own video chat technology (as well as some other technologies) to make the world smaller and that allow us to be collaborative without being physically in the same space. Great people! Great culture and getting better! Great support to focus on priorities Great mission and vision Excellent reputation in respective industry Recognized as leaders in industry Very smart people focused on doing whatever it takes to help customers

Cons

Need to do better job in defining clear and specific expectations for what success looks like in any given job Need to improve on training, encouraging and rewarding good people managers Internal communication needs to be improved Need better 401k(US retiring program) benefits Salaries not up to par with peer group
