      Pros

      Very strong team-oriented culture, great set of customers, underlying technology very solid, sales leadership and execution extremely strong, CEO and new President are excellent combo, organization generally tries to put people in position to succeed

      Cons

      Key leaders, at times, are too slow to act/make decisions; core cloud solution is not really cloud, it's hosted solution which is creating huge problems in scaling the business; CTO/Product organizations lack true cloud depth and expertise, has lost most of the cloud talent brought in by acquisition, and while having desire to succeed may not actually know how to do so.

      Pros

      Definitely one of my best internship experiences. The work environment is great and everyone is super friendly. I was immediately assigned to a project and within one week I was pushing in changes to the code base. I felt like a full time employee. I learned a lot. The free fruit and drinks daily were a nice addition. The Foosball table was a lot of fun.
