      Pros

      Very transparent and open culture. Employees are passionate about the customer engagement space. Management team is focused on making Genesys one of the top places to work as well as customer satisfaction.

      Cons

      Genesys continues to make a lot of changes. Goal is to continue to increase market share in the customer engagement market. If you do not like change, Genesys probably is not a good place for you.

      Pros

      I've been working at the corporate office in Daly City, CA for about six months. I've been very impressed with the company. There are a lot of smart, effective people driving hard to move the company forward. Internal communication is good. The executives are accessible and down to earth.

      Cons

      Budgets seem to be tight and you won't see a lot of the "perks" like at other Silicon Valley software companies like catered lunch, etc. This is probably because the company is on path to IPO.
