      flexible work time and location, friendly environment, freedom to work according to one's style, distributed office, negotiable holiday schedule, fruits and snack and video game.

      Cons

      few face to face communication, email/skype/telephone is the main means.

      The products are leading edge, and the people are so very talented. Everyone is focused on growing the company and serving the customers (and their co-workers) to achive the full value of their Genesys deployment.
