      Great work conditions, work experience and one company that helps you to discover world

      It's one company with flexible work schedule, where you can travel around the world with all expenses paid by the company, good salary, bonus based in objetives, interesting IT projects, education and trainings, good collegues... In summary, recommended 101%

      Cons

      If you don't like travelling and if you don't like the direct contact with the customer maybe it's not your ideal company.

      I find managers at Genesys to be opne to innovation and new ideas. with a fast paced environment, Genesys is willing to be agile and adapt to an industry that doesnt stand still but is able to do this but maintain a "samll comapny" feel oin its company culture and values.

      Cons

      th pace can sometimes be a bit overwhelming.
