Great company with a lot of potential for growth
Pros
I like the fact that I have the ability to work from home or out of the office; gives great flexibility. The employees are very friendly and there is a lot of co-operation between consultants when working on projects. The company has a very strong customer base at the high end of the market but is also making strides in the mid market.. Much of its growth has been inorganic, though. I also like the idea of the Associate program as it gives new recruits the opportunity to learn in the classroom setting and apply those skills in the field. The pay is good but could be better and the benefits are excellent. The annual COMPASS event where most employees converge to learn and have fun is GREAT!!!!
Cons
Given the fact that the company is undergoing a transformation, changes are taking place and there can sometimes be confusion in some of the business processes.
