      Pros

      Fast moving company with lots of opportunity to take on responsibilities and learn new things. Lots of potential to grow your resume with new technology in contact center arena.

      Cons

      Medical benefits have taken a major hit - the cost to remote workers (which is atleast 50% of the workforce) is staggering.

      Incredible opportunity to be part of something big - transforming how global companies interact with their customers Great people - smart, collaborative, focused on success, while having fun

      Cons

      Even though it is held by one of the leading private equity firm and is managed to succeed (since 2012), there are still some legacy and bureaucratic processes from the old days. Hopefully, management continues to eradicate them.
