In the software industry where positive net profit is rare, Genesys is in a class of its own - it is actually profitable, which also means good job security during downturns. The product line is unique in the industry and highly integrable with other telecommunications hardware, which guarantees good business - as long as competitors are still making hardware.
The people are all very friendly, and are very qualified for the job at hand.
Cons
There aren't too many.
Headquarters are located in more suburban areas
High concentration of native Russian engineers (not a problem if you speak Russian) - however, many are underemployed (or overeducated), and they are all completely competent at their job tasks
